Publisher

Distribute content across platforms from one place

The Publisher is the distribution layer of RVOS. It connects finished content to the platforms where it needs to live, handling formatting, scheduling, and cross-platform optimization from a single interface.

Publisher interface in RVOS
Overview

What it does

Creating content is only half the work. The other half is getting it published — and that usually means manually reformatting, re-captioning, and re-uploading to each platform. The Publisher eliminates this final friction point.

When content is ready, the Publisher handles platform-specific formatting, caption optimization, hashtag selection, and scheduling. A single piece of content can be adapted and distributed to multiple platforms without manual rework.

The Publisher is designed to close the loop. Once content is live, it can track engagement signals and feed them back into the Knowledge Vault, so future content benefits from what past content revealed about audience preferences.

Benefits

Why it matters

Multi-platform publishing

Distribute to multiple platforms from a single interface. No manual reformatting or re-uploading.

Platform optimization

Captions, hashtags, and formatting are automatically adapted for each platform requirements.

Scheduling

Plan and schedule content across platforms. The Publisher handles time zones and platform-specific scheduling rules.

Engagement feedback

Performance signals flow back into the Knowledge Vault to inform future content decisions.

Architecture

How it works

01

Platform adapters

Each platform has a dedicated adapter that handles its specific API, formatting rules, and content requirements.

02

Content transformer

A transformation layer adapts a single piece of content for multiple platforms, optimizing for each one constraints.

03

Scheduler

A built-in scheduler manages publishing timing across platforms and time zones.

04

Feedback pipeline

Engagement data is collected and written back to the Knowledge Vault, closing the content lifecycle loop.
